For adults, please come attend a class on a Monday or Wednesday.

For youth, please drop in any day the children’s classes are held.

  • What should I wear for class?

Dress for comfort; what you might normally wear to the gym (sweatpants, leggings, tee shirt) will be appropriate.

  • What should I expect during a typical class?

Adult classes include technique study, positional drills, and live training. Youth classes include warm ups, strengthening drills, technique study, and live training.
